You don’t need to have everything figured out before we talk.

Consultation Service 01

Business and finance consultations with Vincent Loforti

Good decisions start with understanding your own numbers.

We work through cash flow, budgeting, financial literacy, and growth plans. This is general business education, not funding advice.

Who it’s for

Business owners dealing with cash flow pressure, building a budget, or deciding whether a growth expense is affordable.

It’s also for owners who want a clearer understanding of their finances before making a commitment.

What’s included

Depending on the scope we agree on, we can work through:

  • Cash coming in, cash going out, and the timing between them.
  • Existing payment obligations and available room in the budget.
  • Reading a profit and loss statement and a bank statement.
  • Growth spending, priorities, and the assumptions behind your plan.

Funding questions: Paid consultations do not include comparing funding offers, preparing funding applications, or default, settlement, refinance, or debt-relief consulting. If you want help with a specific funding offer or application, I'll point you to Anchorvia Financial, where that help is free.

Conflict disclosure: I lead Anchorvia Financial, a funding brokerage. Anchorvia may be paid by funders if a client chooses to get financing through it. Consultations don't require using Anchorvia.

What you walk away with

A clearer view of the decision, the important numbers, and the questions that still need answers.

Where relevant, we’ll outline a cash flow plan, a budget checklist, or the next steps for your growth plan.

Team building

Hiring someone doesn’t automatically take work off your plate.

People need clear responsibilities, practical training, and a way to know whether they’re doing the job well.

I help owners build that foundation across sales, operations, and admin.

Who it’s for

Owners making their first hires, rebuilding an existing team, or trying to stop being the person everyone depends on for every decision.

It’s also for businesses where leads get missed, responsibilities overlap, or important work lives in someone’s memory.

What’s included

Depending on your needs, we can work on:

  • Identifying the roles your business needs now.
  • Writing clear responsibilities and hiring criteria.
  • Planning onboarding and job-specific training.
  • Building sales follow-up and customer handoff processes.
  • Organizing CRM stages, ownership, tasks, and reminders.
  • Documenting recurring operations and admin work.
  • Setting a practical rhythm for team check-ins and accountability.

We start with the way the work should happen, then choose the tools that support it.

What you walk away with

A clearer team structure and an agreed plan for the people, training, and processes your business needs.

Depending on the engagement, that can include role outlines, an onboarding plan, a CRM process map, or written procedures.

1-on-1 business training

Sometimes you don’t need another person doing the work for you. You need someone to help you understand it and get better at doing it yourself.

1-on-1 business training gives us room to focus on your questions, your business, and the skills you want to build.

Who it’s for

Owners and managers who want more confidence with business finances, sales follow-up, team management, or daily operations.

You can come with one specific skill to work on or a few areas where you feel stuck.

What’s included

Training can cover:

  • Reading the numbers that matter to your business.
  • Building a regular habit of reviewing cash flow and obligations.
  • Understanding the difference between sales, profit, and available cash.
  • Organizing prospects and following up consistently.
  • Using a CRM as part of your daily work.
  • Setting priorities and assigning responsibilities.
  • Handling routine management conversations and checking progress.

We use practical examples and, where appropriate, your own business materials.

What you walk away with

A better understanding of the topic we worked on, tools or checklists relevant to the session, and a practical way to keep using the skill.

We agree on the format and scope before training begins.

Not sure where to start?

Tell me what’s taking up the most time or causing the most uncertainty. We’ll work out whether a consultation, team project, or 1-on-1 business training session is the best place to begin.
