Privacy Policy

Effective date: [DATE]

This policy explains how vincentloforti.com (the "site") handles your information. The site is operated by Vincent Loforti ("I", "me").

What I collect

Information you send me. If you use the contact form, I collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your business name (optional)
  • Your website (optional)
  • What you'd like help with
  • Your message

Please don't include account numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers, or bank statements in the form.

If you book a time. If a booking calendar is connected and you use it, I collect the details you enter to book, such as your name, email, and the time you choose.

Site analytics. I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see things like page views and which pages are visited. It doesn't use cookies, and it doesn't track you across other websites.

Hosting cookies. The site is hosted on GoHighLevel. GoHighLevel may set cookies or use similar technology that is needed for the site and its forms to work, for security, and to remember basic settings. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but some parts of the site, like the form, may not work properly.

How I use it

  • To read and respond to your inquiry.
  • To schedule and hold a consultation if you ask for one.
  • To keep a record of our conversation.
  • To keep the site working, secure, and useful.

I don't send you marketing emails or text messages unless you clearly agree to receive them. The contact form does not sign you up for either.

Where it's stored

Form submissions and bookings are stored in my GoHighLevel CRM account. GoHighLevel and Cloudflare process data on my behalf as service providers.

If your question is about a specific funding offer and you ask me to pass it on, I may share your inquiry with Anchorvia Financial, a company I lead, so they can respond. I'll only do that for funding questions.

What I don't do

  • I don't sell your personal information.
  • I don't share it for targeted advertising.
  • I don't share it with anyone else except my service providers, when the law requires it, or to protect my rights or the safety of others.

How long I keep it

I keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and keep a reasonable record of our conversations, then delete them when they're no longer needed. You can ask me to delete yours at any time.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask me to:

  • Tell you what personal information I have about you.
  • Correct anything that's wrong.
  • Delete your information.
  • Give you a copy of it.
  • Stop using it for targeted advertising, sale, or profiling. (I don't do any of these, but you can still ask.)

Virginia residents: the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act gives residents these rights in certain cases. I'll honor these requests whether or not the law applies to this site. If I deny a request, you can appeal by replying to my answer and asking me to reconsider. I'll respond to the appeal within 60 days. If you're still not satisfied, you can contact the Virginia Attorney General.

To make a request, email vincent.loforti+press@anchorvia.com. I'll respond within 45 days. I may ask you to confirm it's really you before acting on the request.

I won't treat you differently for using these rights.

Children

This site is for business owners and adults. It isn't meant for anyone under 18, and I don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent me information, email me and I'll delete it.

Security

I use reasonable safeguards, and my providers use industry security practices. No website or online service is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive financial details through the form.

Links to other sites

The site links to other websites, including my companies and my social profiles. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Changes

If I change this policy, I'll post the new version here and update the effective date.
