BEYOND BUSINESS

Beyond the business conversations.

I’m Vincent Loforti. I’m a husband, a family man, and a business owner based in Virginia.

Work is a big part of my life. Family is a big part of why the work matters.

I keep the details of family life private, but I’m happy to share a little about the person behind the businesses.

Outdoors in Virginia

Home is in Virginia.

Virginia is home for me and my family.

Building businesses here means thinking about the life around the work, too. How we spend our time, what we take on, and whether the commitments we make are worth what they ask of us.

Those questions shape how I think about business growth.

Horses, from the owner’s side.

Horses are part of my life through LoForti Equestrian, where I’m CEO and Co-Founder.

My role is on the business side. I work on the money, planning, systems, and responsibilities that support the operation.

A horse business also puts a lot of weight on trust. People deserve accurate information and a clear understanding of what they’re agreeing to.

That’s an approach I carry into my other work.

What matters to me

Being dependable

Following through matters. So does being honest when something needs to change.

Building something useful

I care about businesses that solve a real problem and serve their customers well.

Keeping perspective

Growth needs a purpose. I want the work to support a worthwhile life, with room for family and responsibilities outside the office.

What connects it all

Finance, business systems, and horses might look like an unusual mix.

For me, they all involve understanding what you’re taking responsibility for, asking better questions, and treating people fairly.

Those are things I care about whether I’m working with a business owner or handling my own commitments.

Let’s start with a conversation.

Whether you need help thinking through cash flow, team building, or 1-on-1 business training.
